Waiting for that day
Soon that bell will ring
Out the doors we’ll run
Cheering oh so loud
School year halfway done
School bells cease to ring
Christmas on the way
How it will be fun
Two week’s time away
Seven days to go
Send kids on their way
Hope they have some fun
On this Christmas day
Excitement fills the halls
Staff can’t help but smile
We all know it’s time
Vacation for a while
Twenty please come quick
Hurry, please come fast
We’re bursting at the seams
And ready for a blast!
Soon it will arrive
Two weeks to enjoy
Spending time with friends
Then back in ‘25
Five days left of school
Two are shortened days
