Right before the Holiday break, Battle Creek Elementary held their monthly assembly for the months of November and December. We celebrated students with birthdays, recognized nominees for student of the month (for both months), drew reward winners, recognized our November / December Class of the Month (Mrs. Thomas's 4th Grade Class), and recognized our November and December Students of the Month (Lydia F. and Emersyn S.). Our January Mission of the Month is titled 'Accountability Leads to Excellence'! We will work on holding ourselves accountable first and foremost and then will evolve the mission into helping with holding our classmates and other students in the school accountable for our expectations, especially the expectations related to our three pillar words of Safe, Respectful, and Responsible.
